Without limiting the generality of cancellations, refunds and returns, if a product/service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, Zowed shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product/ service, unless the product has already been delivered or the service has already been availed by you. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, Zowed may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been delivered and the services are availed, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Zowed will have the right to modify the price of the product/ service and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration or placing of order, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Zowed accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account, debit card account or any mode through which the payment was made and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Zowed’s dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed to your credit / debit card account.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED OR OFFERED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF ZOWED. Zowed may revise and cease to make available any product/ services at any time. In the event, Zowed is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. Zowed shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
We offer You a price match policy, subject to the following terms:
The prices mentioned on the Site can only be compared with the price of same/identical product(s) available through another online or offline sale channel;
The price being compared should be within the same geographical location;
The price being compared should be the price listed publicly by the online platform or offline store. We will not be able to match a price that You have negotiated with another platform or store.
This price match policy is applicable only prior to the initial payment of an order by You and We would not be able to match any price that You bring to Our attention after You placing the order and making the first / sole payment.
Our pricing is subject to our pricing policy and the final prices shall be determined at Our sole discretion. While We will endeavor to match the lower price listed on another sale platform, if We are unable to match the price, We will not be obligated to conclude a sale with You at such lower price.
