Cash on Delivery -

  • We only collect the amount printed on the invoice
  • Cash on Delivery may not be applicable on all pin codes
  • All COD orders will be verified over a call, before being processed
  • If We are not able to reach you within 3 calls, the order will be canceled
  • 100% COD may not be available on all orders. We may require You to pay an advance of upto 50% of the invoice value upfront.
  • Only Indian currency will be accepted (except denominations no longer in circulation by the government)
  • COD purchases are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.
  • If COD payment is refused/ product delivery not accepted - the advance paid shall not be eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges

How it Works - Online

  • Send in your look book and line sheet.
  • Give us a week's time while we upload it on our website for you!
  • Get orders online for the product.
  • Receive notifications for any order that is been placed.
  • Confirm to us the availability of the product within 48 hours and we will confirm the order to the customer.
  • Ship it to us and we ship it to the customer with no additional cost.
  • We coordinate with the Delivery partner for in time delivery of the product to the customer.
  • Payment will be credited to your bank account within 15 working days of customer receiving the product.
  • For Online Store:- Required : Sample product pictures for various accessories

5 Pictures of each product in below specified style and size(222px * 333px)

  • Front & back picture of the outfit on model (with or without face) on a white background
  • Full picture of the outfit without model on white background
  • Full picture of separates (if any)
  • A close-up picture of detailed work

 How it Works - Offline

  •  Send in your look book and line sheet.
  • Give us a week's time to shortlist the designs.
  • If selected then you will have a _____ time to send us the product.
  • We will notify you as soon as we receive the product with the condition we have received.
  • We will showcase your products on our racks.
  • If there are any customisation(minor) we will take care of the same.
  • If the customisation is a major one we will first co-ordinate with you if that can be done or not before aconfirmation from your end.
  • Payment will be credited to your bank account within 15 working days of the sales.

 Commercials & Financial

  • We will be charging a Flat commission of 40% on actual sales.
  • Courier Charges for sending the products to our store/ warehouse is to be brone by you.
  • If your products are sold then we will be taking care of the shipping from our warehouse totheir address (Incase of Online).
  • If your products are not sold then we will ship it back to you and that shipping cost we will betaking care of the courier charges.
  • We will showcase your products on our racks for 45 days.
  • We will be keeping the stock on a Rotational Basis.

 Seller FAQ'S

 1.How do I start listing with ZoWed ?

  All you need to is start listing and selling :

-Attractive product pictures (as per set requirements)

-Inventory Status.

-Your verified bank & payment details.

 

  1. What if my products are not available in stock ?

You will be given a time period of 15 days to execute it.

 

  1. If I don’t have that Product ?

Not to worry if the order is not confirmed by you within 48 hours of the order been received we will cancel the order and refund the customer.

 

  1. How will I be paid ?

All payments will be made to bank accounts specified by you after 15 days from the customer receiving the product.

 

  1. How will I mange the shipping ?

You will only have to ship it to our warehouse and we will ship it to the customer.

 

  1. What if the product is damaged in shipping ?

If the product reaches damaged to ZoWed’s Warehouse the cost of replacement/refund needs to be borne by you.  If the client receives damaged product post quality check ok by ZoWed warehouse - the cost of replacement/refund is to be borne by ZoWed.

 

  1. How will a Customized order if received online will be executed ?

The customized orders received online will have to be confirmed by the seller and will be given a time of 15 days to execute the same. These will be on a non-returnable bases.
